We'd like you to meet... Steve Rotar, Media Analyst Steve Rotar began his advertising career in the far north… Anchorage, Alaska at The Anchorage Times right after graduating from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washing- ton with degrees in Journalism, Broadcasting and English Literature. Originally from Butte, Montana, Steve spent years touring the Northwest at various newspapers in an array of positions. From Co-op and National Management spots to Retail Sales Manager, General Manager and eventually corporate sales position. Moving to North Carolina, Steve took a hiatus from the newspaper industry and ran a large regional granite fabrica- tion company and later worked for a start up in the lighting technology industry. Steve returned to the newspaper industry and in 2013 joined Advantage Newspaper Consul- tants. The opportunity to engage with local sales staffs and bring in additional revenue is one of the most rewarding aspects of his position.
