But it is clearly meant for the kids to read, as well as their parents. Second place Features Kyle Lewis The Times-Post (Pendleton) Comments: Consistently well-crafted and fun. Excellent use of photos. A couple of real stand-out photos, too: Super Girl and her lizard, and the little red-headed girl eating corn. Third place Community Cheri Shelhart Kankakee Valley Post-News (DeMotte) Comments: Really enjoyed how many faces you are able to fit onto your pages each week.
