By KEVIN PASSON Special to The Post MILWAUKEE – Bob Babisch made his first waves in the music industry more than 40 years ago as an employee at a record – yes, record – store in Milwaukee. "I started in the concert business in 1973," said Babisch, who now serves as vice president of entertainment for Summerfest. "I was a runner for concerts and then started working with a promoter. In 1976, I had about a 30-second interview at Summerfest, and I've been here ever since." Summerfest 2014 will take place from noon to midnight Wednesday through June 29 and July 1 through July 6, and will be closed June 30.
