Expectations include providing application database support for SUNY campuses, demonstrating excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and appropriate and timely decision making. These positions have some flexibility as to where they will be housed, in Oneonta or another approved SUNY institution. Availability to work at the SICAS Center in Oneonta is desirable. The SICAS Center is a SUNY-wide program organized to provide software enhancement, technical support, best practices, and training for SunGard Higher Educations’ Banner software system to member campuses including SUNY State Operated and Community College campuses and several associate members including private colleges and universities in New York State.
