SPRING 2014 • FLOURISH 47 CCL #627224 Visit Our Showroom/Website 125-F Mitchell Blvd., San Rafael • (415) 472 - 6004 northgategaragedoors.com CCL #627224 reader reuse Projects We asked our Facebook readers to share things that they have made out of used or recycled materials. Here's what they shared! " I made this barn-styled chicken coop for my wife out of an old red fence and some discarded house siding. The red fence wood inspired me to shape it like a barn. It has multiple rooms and a hinged roof for easy egg collection. Plus the whole front face comes off for easy cleaning. The chickens love it!" – Darren Thompson, Petaluma "I created this "bib" style necklace from black fabric and old costume jewelry pieces." – Terisa Brooks- Huddleston, Napa "I just picked up this old wash tub that was converted into a planter. It was lined with a piece of old painters tarp, holes were drilled and it was filled with soil and "leaf mold" compost. It has organic lettuce in it now but I'll make it an herb garden in April." – Wish Foley Cohen, Houston
