Santa Cruz Sentinel Sunday, MarCh 9, 2014 S11 W hen I came to Santa Cruz as a graduate student at UCSC I realized that this area as a place to live beat all other places on Earth I'd ever seen hands down and de- cided to make Santa Cruz my home. Several friends wanted help buying houses so I put on a diff erent hat (got my Real Estate license) and never looked back.
