By far the strongest entry Second place Opinions Staff Brown County Democrat (Nashville) Comments: Visually pleasing. Subject matter could be stronger. Third Place Opinions Staff The Corydon Democrat Comments: Clean page with local opinion. Best Use of Graphics/Category 23 First place Where will Nashville students go?; Count me in; Brown County's health care diagnosis Staff Brown County Democrat (Nashville) Comments: School shuffle graphic strongest of the three. Really good job. Second and Third place No awards given Best Online Site/Web Page/Category 24 See Page 12 for all divisions. Best Sports Section/Category 25 First place Sports Brian Smith The Corydon Democrat Comments: This section was clean and crisp and felt very easy to read through. Solid typeface choices and good photographs around which to build the page. Second place Sports Steve Page, Scott Roberts & Julie Varnell The Mooresville/Decatur Times Comments: Nice, professional look. Sometimes felt a little too stacked on the front page, but otherwise very solid. Third place Sara Clifford & Kevin Lilly Brown County Democrat (Nashville) Comments: Vivid and eye-catching, but sometimes felt like there was too much going on on the page.
