She is listed in Who's Who in American Art 2007 - 2013 and Who's Who in America 2008 - 2013. The founder of the Plein Air Painters of the Jersey Coast, Judy has studied with some of America's finest artists including David Leffel, Greg Kruetz, and Timothy R. Thies. In May 2009, Judy was one of six nationally recognized artists invited to exhibit her work in The Richard Schmid and His Influence "Childhood Innocence" Exhibition at the Salmagundi Club in New York.
