The Beach Bar - Although this popular bar had not reopened since being heavily
damaged during Sandy, there were plans to reopen in 2014. It was destroyed in the
fire. Carousel Arcade - This business was damaged during Sandy and had not yet
returned. It was destroyed in the fire. Berkeley Sweet Shop - This popular purveyor
of saltwater taffy and fudge lost both of its locations in the fire.
The popular Shoot the Geek boardwalk paintball game was destroyed in the fire.
