People who grew up in Delhi and frequented the Shire have very fond memories, and we wanted to bring back a little of that nostalgia. Out of respect for the original owner, and as a way to attach our own identity to the business, we added our surname to the ‘The Shire Pub,’ and, thus, we have O’Neill’s Shire Pub.” –Edward O’Neill, co-owner Have a local eats place to recommend?
