“Prickly Brit”
Muddle one ring japapeno, half a slice of cucumber and half a slice of lime.
Add ice, a shot of gin, and tonic. Stir.
Garnish with cucumber and/or lime
“You get a feel for what a person’s mood is and general likes – sweet, light, dark – and you fashion something around that. It becomes a question-and-answer game. I enjoy the chal- lenge of creating a drink and making it feel special for that person.”
