It started on Thursday, October 19, and will end at 3 p.m. on Saturday, November 4. During this period, vot- ers can cast their ballots in person at the Cleve- land County Board of Elections located at 215 Patton Drive in Shelby. The voting site will remain open from October 19 to November 3, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturday, No- vember 4, it will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is mandatory to carry a valid ID to vote in this election. Eligible individu- als can register and vote on-site. For more informa- tion, please contact the Cleveland County Board of Elections at 704-484- 4858.
