El Chi Food Truck Fest Taco Throwdown se lanza con el objetivo de empoderar a los empresarios locales, pues brin- da a los propietarios de peque- ñas empresas, los operadores de camiones de comida, una oportunidad única y divertida de mostrar sus talentos culi- narios. Asimismo, ofrece un impulso económico a estos pequeños empresarios al atraer a una gran multitud de asistentes, ayudan- do a las empresas a prosperar y sostener sus operaciones.
