ARANA Vice President of Operations Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas Salvador "Sal" Arana was named vice president of operations for Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas in June 2022. In this role, he is responsible for field operations and field support for both companies. Arana previously served as director of field operations for Peoples Gas, overseeing all day- to-day fieldwork. Arana began his career at Peoples Gas as an associate engineer. He has worked in management, engineering, field operations, construction, workforce planning and human resources, supporting the various utilities of WEC Energy Group. ANGELA AZMITIA Leasing Director Related Management Company As leasing director for Related Management Company, Angela Azmitia occupies a position just created in 2022 to oversee affordable leasing initiatives at three of the company's mixed- income properties in Chicago. She is the granddaughter of Cuban and Guatemalan immigrants and grew up in Florida. She holds a master's degree in real estate science from Roosevelt University and a master's in fine art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. LETTICIA FLORES POOLE Senior Regional Manager BMO Harris Bank Letticia Flores Poole is a senior regional manager for the U.S. Zero Barriers to Business program. She supports the BMO Harris Bank strategy to assist Latino and Hispanic business owners in the Chicago and Arizona regions. Poole possesses 25-plus years of banking leadership and management experience honed in the personal and business banking industry. In her prior role as regional manager for the bank at work, she consistently ranked as one of the top performers. DANIEL GAMBA President Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) Daniel is President of Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM), a leading investment manager with $1 trillion in assets. With 25+ years of experience, he excels in global business strategies, innovative solutions, and overseeing investment performance. He is a CFA® charter holder, a past CFA Institute's Board of Governors Chair, and a former Board Director for the Council of Urban Professionals. Daniel holds a bachelor's degree from Catholic University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. JULIETA LAMALFA CFO Canela Media Julieta LaMalfa is the CFO of Canela Media, a New York-based digital media technology company offering brands a complete ecosystem to connect with multicultural audiences. LaMalfa brings expertise in forensic accounting, due diligence, valuation, and data modeling and management to her current role. Before her CFO role, LaMalfa was a litigation and financial consultant helping clients navigate complex litigation issues. This enables her to provide a diverse perspective on the financial risks associated with general business decisions. JUAN LOPEZ Senior Division Manager Goya With 24 years at Goya, Juan has held various roles. He oversees the entire Midwest operation, including warehouse, logistics, distribution, sales, and manufacturing. Juan has expanded sales to ten states and actively combats human trafficking through Goya Cares. He has doubled Goya's Bolingbrook facility in 2022, automated production, and increased manufacturing by over 100%. As a Senior Division Manager, Juan focuses on sales, brand development, and market expansion. He studied at the School of Visual Arts NYC. CESAR LOSTAUNAU Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Cesar Lostaunau is accountable for leading strategic initiatives that attract diverse real estate entrepreneurs to a portfolio of iconic real estates brands such as Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA Real Estate, and Sotheby's International Real Estate. Lostaunau also drives business growth in strategic markets for women, Latinos, African Americans, Asian Americans, LGBTQ+ people, and veterans. Before his current role, Lostaunau was a sales diversity strategy manager and an IT project manager at Allstate Insurance. FERNANDO PÁSTOR Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager Bank of America As a senior vice president and relationship manager for the Chicago market in business banking at Bank of America, Fernando Pástor's responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client's needs and delivering strategic financial guidance and solutions. Pástor joined Bank of America in 2006 and has served in several roles. Medina has over 20 years of experience in retail banking, relationship building, and workplace culture. She serves on many internal committees. ROSALINDA SILVA-DIMPFL Senior Vice President, CRA Officer Wintrust Bank As senior vice president and CRA officer, Rosalinda Silva-Dimpfl works hard to ensure Wintrust Bank meets the true spirit of access for all embodied in the Community Reinvestment Act. She works with 32 retail bank branches to offer small business seminars and financial literacy workshops. She was born and raised in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States with her family at age 10. She originally joined Wintrust Bank as a lender in the community banking group in 2010.
