His book: lightsonclothesoff.com His email: stuauthor@gmail.com Med school secrets: Those of you who have been reading my column or who have read my book, 'Lights On-Clothes Off,' know that for many years I worked as a profession- al pa ent and instructor teaching the 'male exam' to medical students and those studying to become nurse prac oners, physician assistants, and navy corpsmen. I used my body as I taught the students the correct procedures for examining the penis, tes- cles, anus, and prostate. I explained how to do everything to each group (anywhere from six up to twelve students) and then each student was required to sit directly in front of me, while everyone else ob- served, and do the actual hands-on exam. But this is all quite lame compared to the private prac ce ses- sions at three of the medical schools where I worked! (The other ins tu ons didn't offer this opportunity for their students.) Second and third-year medical students were able to sign up for private prac ce sessions with those of us who taught the male exam. At one school another professional pa ent also made himself available for this—at the other two ins tu ons, I was the only one who agreed to offer my body for this awesome and lucra ve extra work. Here's how it worked. A student, or two students together, were able to schedule a private one or two- hour exam me with me. It was a simple process in- formally and quietly called 'check out a guy.' I posted my open mes, reserved an exam room and students then signed up when convenient for them. I watched the sign-ups and loved when I saw certain students on the schedule. I know I should have been delight- ed with every student but nope, when a hot guy or guys, ones I lusted a er when they were examining me during the regular group teaching sessions, were on the sign-up list I just couldn't wait. I never knew what the students would want to do during their scheduled mes with me. Here are brief overviews of a few different things that happened during the private sessions. (Many were simple, straigh orward prac ce mes. I'll only share the ones I loved!) I should add that several students related to me that my whispered reputa on, handed down from se- mester to semester, was that 'anything' goes with me. In other words, "Stu is open to whatever you want when you have private exam me with him. So schedule with him and have some fun." (I loved when I heard this rumor and I tried to live up to the reputa on. How unprofessional of me!) I always started each private session, as I set the lock on the exam door, with a smile and a comment such as, "It's great that you're here. I'm comfortable with whatever would be helpful for you. My body is yours for the full me so prac ce away." **Bernard. One student, Bernard, started by ask- ing me what went through my head when I was undressing in front of the larger group. When I began to reply he added, "Why don't you undress for me while you answer."
