Born in Cleveland County on July 28, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Joe Turner Cabaniss, Jr. and Mableen Self Cabaniss. Connie is survived by her husband, Dale Edwin Willis and their children, Jacob Willis, and Jennifer Gillen husband Austin; her two sis- ters, Kathy Cabaniss, Crystal Weathers husband Wayne; and brother, Chris Cabaniss and wife, Ann.
