The bands performing in the amphitheater were The New Primitive, The Well Drinkers, Wiregrass and Shadowgrass. Fans poured into POPS Friday evening as soon as the gates opened for the first concert of The Cherry Bounce Festival to hear the music of Scythian, a high-energy Washington, DC based band featuring a program of Celtic, bluegrass and Americana music. The band kept the huge crowd involved in the program from start to finish. A large number attending the concert indicated they were visiting Forest City for the first time. THERE WAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE AT THE CHERRY BOUNCE FESTIVAL LAST WEEKEND AT POPS IN FOREST CITY
