Dr. Milhouse, a prac cing urologist, is one of the most popular medical influencers who uses her social channels to educate and connect with those seeking advice on o en s gma zed embarrassing topics re- lated to urology. Her catchy songs, dance rou nes, and funny videos have a racted over 100K followers on her TikTok and Instagram. Being a black female immigrant from Nigeria, she's o en referred to as a 'Unicorn Doctor,' given only 8% of urologists are fe- male, and only 5% are black. Her popularity caught the eye of the TLC Network ea- ger to cast Dr. Milhouse as the star of her own show tled 'Dr. Down Below', a much bigger pla orm for her to entertain and educate. A er her corporate prac ce forbid her to tape the show at their work- place, and also requested she take down her social channels; she quit. In February 2023 Dr. Milhouse opened 'Down There Urology' in Chicago located in Deer Park and The Gold Coast, with fellow urologist and co-founder Dr. Jagan Kansal. And on April 5th 2023 'Dr. Down There' debuted the first episode at 10pm ET as a "pilot" to test the show's ability to a ract viewers and bring in ra ngs. A er airing, the show was an instant hit bringing in 940K viewers, more than TLC's top prime- me show Dr. Pimple Popper which brought in 800K on its Season Debut. Because of the high ra ngs, the season will likely air in its en rety this Summer. The show is meant to entertain but more important- ly, bring awareness to the common urology issues most people have, but nobody discusses. She reveals the s gmas that exist and how they are making us physically and mentally ill. In the first episode, Dr. Milhouse treated a woman suffering from a painful labial cyst; a man struggling with a private part injury le by a Prince Albert piercing; and a woman has an advanced-stage vaginal prolapse.
