JOE ETZEL STADIUM
Collegiate
Owner: University of Portland
Location: Portland, OR
Installed: 2015
Product: Diamond Series OPS
Project Description:
The first full field Diamond Series field installed in
the Northwest, the Pilots chose AstroTurf's baseball
system in large part due to the specific baseball
design developed and tested by AstroTurf baseball
representatives. A lengthy conversation regarding
the mounds (turf or dirt?) resulted in Portland
choosing turf for the cleanliness and practicality in
our Northwest seasons.
