Patsy was born Monday, July 12, 1943 in Saluda, NC to the late Vedas Glenn Waters and Louise Pace Waters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Terrell D. Hipp and daughter, Cathy Louise England; stepson, Albert Ray Hipp; sisters, Shirley Hipp and Beatrice Revan; broth- ers, Jack, Ralph and Glenn Waters. Those left to cherish her memory include her daugh- ter, Patricia Hipp (Phillip Myers) of Morristown, TN; stepchildren, Mike Hipp and Mary Jane Capps both of Hendersonville, NC; sis- ter, Adeline Pearson of Hendersonville and brother, Archie Waters (Angie) of Mill Spring; sixteen grand- children; and several great- grandchildren. A memorial service was held March 5, 2023, at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Ernie Cole officiating. LARRY KEITH BIDDIX Larry Keith Biddix of Shelby passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023. Keith was born on December 26, 1956. His is survived by his wife, Crystal (nee Ledbetter); his son, Joshua (Scotti); two grandsons; siblings: Tim Biddix (Paige) of Kings Mountain, Brian Wright (Beverly) of Maiden and Bruce Wright of Shelby. Keith was predeceased by his parents, Joe Biddix and Margaret Wright; and in-laws, Leon and Gertrude Ledbetter. Mr. Biddix served our country in the U.S. Army. Funeral services were held March 13, 2023 in the Clay-Barnette Funeral Home chapel in Shelby with the Rev. Keith Dixon and Rev. Robin Short officiating. Burial was held in Cleveland Memorial Park with military honors.
