Linda Bailey - Linda Bailey Real Estate (831) 588-3688 www.LindaBailey.com Linda@LindaBailey.com DRE# 01369236 Welcome to the annual "Who's Who in real Estate and everything for the home" section here, in the Santa Cruz Sentinel. Last year, I wrote about how the work from home trend continued to make Santa Cruz County the place to be. Why live in a crowded Silicon Valley burb when you could live near the beach? This past year, we watched interest rates rise, and housing prices drop around the country… but not here. Things did level off to a degree and bidding wars seemed to cease. Is this the great correction? With all of those factors, inventory has shrunk in our county. So how does a Santa Cruz County Realtor set themselves apart? If you are buy- ing or selling a home here, you need to make sure you are trusting that transaction to a dedicated real estate professional. My thanks as always to the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors (SCCAR) for providing fascinating content. Annual stats as well as some great info and photos about how the association supports Santa Cruz County and its residents. Special thanks to current SCCAR president Jennifer Lyng Watson for her article as well. Enjoy the section, and as always, I appreciate your thoughts!
