(Moore) Weight- man, age 71, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away at 3:48 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Deaconess Gateway Hospi- tal – Newburgh, IN. Donna was born Decem- ber 18, 1951, in Evansville, IN, to the late Howard and Mar y Francis (Jett) Moore. She graduated from Harrison High School in 1969 and from Lockyear Business College with an Associate's Degree. Donna worked for St. Mar y's Hospital as a computer pro- grammer, and she later opened Donut Depot Baker y which she owned for 28 years. Donna is sur vived by her loving husband of 52 years, Darrell Weightman; daugh- ter, Leeanna Mason; son, Br yce Weightman; sisters, Wanda Ivey (William), Vir- ginia Bright, and Linda Oliver (George); and grandchildren, Devin, Ashlynn, and Br yson "Chance" Weightman. She was born on April 9, 1941 in Lee, Virginia to the late Coba and Wilma (Hobbs) Thompson. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Donald Wilson in 2003, her daughter, Carolyn Grace Wil- son in 1979; her sisters, Car- olyn Zander, Evelyn Bullock and Nannette Torkelson; and a brother, Homer Thompson. Shirley is sur vived by her children; Donna (Curt) Hayes of Deer Park, WA, John (Mar- ilyn) Wilson of Ladoga, IN, El- mer (Amy) Wilson of Naples, FL, Donnie (Michelle) Wilson of Zionsville, IN and Willard (Mandi) Wilson of Avon, IN; sister, Peggy McClellan of Ow- ensville, IN; numerous grand and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
