Rosewood at Cam- den Park is located off of Union Avenue on Cully Place, a private street that runs adja- cent to Camden Park. In essence, it is a singu- lar cul-de-sac street of new homes. "It feels like its own private neighborhood here," says Charles Bald- win, director of sales for Robson Homes. "With the park next door, the Los Gatos mountains in the backdrop and this long, wide street lined with beautiful homes, it's truly a wonderful setting." Three floor plans are being built in the first group of homes at Rose- wood, each with four bedrooms and four- and-a-half bathrooms. The 2,900-square-foot Ascot is a traditional two-story home with ground-floor bedroom suite and upstairs den; at 3,281 square feet, The Kensington of- fers a dedicated study and attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) suite on the first floor; with up to 3,790 square feet, The Claremont is a spacious main home with a den and study, plus a detached garage with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom ADU above. The builder has focused on making each residence unique with distinct architecture, custom details and for the first group of homes, designer-selected inte- riors. "In terms of features, finishes and custom de- tails, these are the high- est-end homes we have built," remarks Mark Robson, owner and president of Robson Homes. In addition to designer-selected interiors, these homes include appliances, backyard landscaping and additional solar panels.
