After gaining millions of fans who have followed Chris- tina's successful career and ac- tive family life in California in hit shows such as "Flip or Flop" and "Christina on the Coast," this new series follows her into the next chapter of her life as she puts down roots at her second home: a Tennessee farm. In each of the series' six, hourlong episodes, Hall creates awe-inspiring renovations for her clients and makes even more lifelong memories with her children and her husband, Josh Hall, in the beautiful Ten- nessee countryside. Settle in for some incredible designs and some cozy family time when "Christina in the Country" premieres Thursday, Jan. 12, on HGTV. Going for gold: The Holly- wood Foreign Press Associa- tion (HFPA) returns with what promises to be a revamped cel- ebration when the Golden Globe Awards returns to the airwaves with its 80th annual ceremony, taking place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Fans can tune in to all the glamorous action as the HFPA celebrates the best in film and television when the awards show airs live on NBC (and streams live on Peacock), Tuesday, Jan. 10. After significant feedback and backlash for a lack of di- versity and equal representa- tion in their membership, the HFPA, which is made up of journalists from Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, took on a major re- structure behind the scenes this year, adding 103 new vot- ers, marking the first time inter- national-based voters have been added to the voting pool.
