And as I reflect on the year, I want to express my deepest appreciation to our community for their support and partnership, our patients for their trust in us, and our donors for investing in our mission to advance health equity. Every day, my team worked tirelessly to provide exceptional individualized services to our patients. As we continued to battle the COVID-19 pandemic and expand our services, I could not be more proud of what we have achieved together. Highlights include: We remain committed to expanding access to quality healthcare, creating food and nutrition security, and revitalizing under-served communities. In the coming year, we want to continue this work and expand our proven programs and launch innovative initiatives to support families in the communities in and around Humboldt Park. José R.
