Gene was born to the late Samuel & Virginia Bell on September 20, 1925. He is preceded in death by his wife, Opal Bell, brothers, Horace Bell, Odell Bell, Rev. Arnold Bell, Giles Bell, infant brother, Grady Bell and sis- ter, Gail Bell. Elise was born in Durate, CA on October 22, 1967, daughter of the late Ernst Borchert III.
