Three Artists' Work to Show at CANO
The Community Arts Network of Oneonta will feature
three exhibits by local artists Simone Mantellassi, Doug
Jamieson and Walter Gurbo with a reception from 5 to 8
p.m. Aug. 2 at the Wilber Mansion Galleries at 11 Ford Ave.
in Oneonta. The show will run through Aug. 27.
Jamieson's paintings and etchings are exhibited in galleries, art societies, colleges and museums and are included
in collections throughout the U.S.
Mantellassi was born in Florence, Italy. His show 'Blockheads' is an installation piece/interactive sculpture/photobooth and more.
Gurbo is a painter, sculptor, illustrator, muralist, set
designer and filmmaker whose weekly "Drawing Room" has
appeared on the back of the Village Voice for 12 years.
