"The Late Show" host Stephen Colbert takes a more competitive spin on eve- ning entertainment in the new, two-hour sports comedy special "Pickled," airing Thursday, Nov. 17, on CBS. The special will also be available to stream live and on demand via Paramount+. Produced by Colbert's own Spartina production company, Funny Or Die and CBS Studios, this celebrity pickleball tourna- ment capitalizes on America's latest sports craze for a good cause. Featuring teams of ce- lebs playing against each other in a hilarious, cutthroat tourna- ment, proceeds from the event go to Comic Relief US, an orga- nization dedicated to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty through the power of entertainment. "Comic Relief US is thrilled to be a part of this special entertainment event to sup- port the millions of children and families living in pover- ty," Alison Moore, CEO of Comic Relief US, said in a statement.
