Railroad crossing Roman, age 4, won the most original costume in his age group during Owens- ville's costume contest Saturday. First Halloween Pageant Owensville Community Planners hosted their first pageant at the Owensville Fall Bash. Winning Junior Prince was Karson Hale and Jr. Princess was Braekyn Goedde. Prince and princess titles went to Nora Riggs and Luke Goodman. Finally, King and Queen titles were awarded to Brogan McClellan and Anna Williams. The awards were based on charitable donations, and students did not have to be present to win. Center: Ally Biehl and Autumn Scott won Scariest costume with their doll portrayal. Far right: Murphy the Cowdog with owner Shae Smith won the pet award for cutest costume Saturday night at Owensville's town Halloween festival. Who's the fairest? More like the fun-nest! Hundreds came through the haunted house and trunk-or-treat during the Fall Bash in Owensville. The event featured many prizes including Dawn McCoy winning the trunk decorating contest; Jeremy Curl winning first in the chili cookoff with Matt Sheridan taking second. Jennifer Winstead portrayed the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, but she wasn't late for helping Community Planners with the Fall Bash.
