Jennifer Rivera is currently the
senior vice president leading
the corporate team at Kasirer,
where she leads the strategic
planning and consultation on
many of Kasirer's corporate
clients. Jennifer has over ten
years' experience working in
government relations, at both
the local and state levels of
government. Before joining
Kasirer, Jennifer was senior di
-
rector for government affairs
at Altice USA, where she ma-
naged the local NYC govern-
ment and regulatory matters
for the company. During her
time at Altice, Jennifer also
helped develop and launch
the company's first diversity
and inclusion initiative.
Prior to Altice, she held
numerous positions over six
years in Governor Cuomo's ad-
ministration, most recently as
assistant deputy secretary for
Executive Operations, repor-
ting directly to the executive
deputy secretary and suppor-
ting the management of the
regional and constituency
affairs teams responsible for
elected and community enga-
gement.
Jennifer got her start in
NYC government and politics
working for then City Council-
man James Vacca, where she
managed the operations of
the District office and oversaw
constituent services for the
Bronx Councilman. Jennifer
was elected State Committee
Member for the 82nd Assem-
bly District, a position she held
until her appointment with
the Cuomo Administration.
Jennifer graduated with a
bachelor's degree in psycho-
logy from Quinnipiac Univer-
sity. In 2021, Jen was recog-
nized on the Schneps "Bronx
PowerList" and the City & State
"Bronx Power 100." She sits on
the board of the South Bronx
Overall Economic Develop-
ment Corporation and the
Bronx Chamber of Commerce
Foundation.
