ducts and services. In his most
recent role as senior director
of digital strategy, he has exe-
cuted and evolved ADP's digi-
tal purchase and onboarding
programs and bundle growth
strategy.
He has more than 15 years
of experience in the insurance,
human resources, and payroll
industries. He's built, scaled,
and led geographically dis-
persed teams responsible for
implementation, service, and
customer success.
Charles is also an active
member of ADP's business re-
source groups and serves as
regional director of Adelante,
ADP's Latino business resource
group.
Born in the Dominican Repu-
blic and raised in Connecticut,
Charles attended Bryant Univer-
sity in Smithfield, Rhode Island,
where he earned a Bachelor's
degree with dual concentrations
in business management and
international studies. He holds
several professional certifica-
tions including Senior Certified
HR Professional (SHRM-SCP)
and Certified Payroll Professio-
nal (FPC) and will be pursuing
a graduate program this fall at
Rutgers University.
Outside of the office, Charles
enjoys advising start-ups and
volunteering with Habitat for
Humanity and Boys and Girls
Clubs of Paterson and Passaic.
He resides in northern New Jer-
sey with his wife and daughters.
He enjoys traveling to visit fa-
mily in the Dominican Republic
and Italy.
