York, Daniela is the director of

ED&I at R/GA; a do-chair at R/
GA's Latine Heritage ERG, and
a founding member of two di

Allies in Recruiting and The
Talent Alliance.
Her lens on life, lived ex-
periences, professional bac-
kground, continuous educa-
tion journey, leadership skills,
thought leadership, and mul-
ticultural experience helps
Dani identify where systems
are broken and where inten-
tional inclusion can take place
to make an organization and
individuals thrive.
Dani has had the pleasure
to speak at national and glo-
bal DEIB-related engagements
and her expertise has been
featured in National and In-
ternational press. She has also
had the honor to be named
one of Mogul's Top 100 DEI
Leaders in 2021.
