The event will be at the Spindale Public Library on Main Street on Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 10 a.m. Cathy Webb from Isothermal Community College Library will read the book, "Fall Leaves Fall" to the children. She will also do a fall craft project with participants. The book was written by Zoe Hall and illustrated by Shari Halpern. This is the fi rst of many public partnerships the ICC Library is doing with other libraries, daycares or homeschool groups.
