Thursday, Sept. 29: Cheese- burger, Tater Tots, Caesar Salad, Carrots, Apple Juice and Milk. Friday, Sept. 30 : Cheese Pizza, Corn, Cucumber Slices, Water- melon, Teddy Graham and Milk. St. James Catholic School Holy Cross Catholic School Kyle and Harper work on their Around the World proj- ect with context clues. Harrison, Braxton, and Matthew display their art projects. Brooklyn, Isaiah, Luke, and Brantley display their art projects. Case and Pete were our winner and runner-up in Around the World with our multiplication facts. Mrs. Susan Fischer'sThird grade conducts a float or sink experiment. The St. James 1st grade class loves the cooler, fall weather and has kicked off the year strong throughout the months of August and September. Mrs. Erica Elpers' first grade class enjoys a fun game of Zingo! Through this game, the students practice quick recognition of their sight words in a fun and in- teractive way. Happy Birthday to first grader Mila, who celebrat- ed her birthday in Septem- ber. Mr. Chamberlain has been reading to Megan Camp- bell's third grade class each week. Mason Morehead, Ryan Kroft, and Maddux Kern put their learning to the test to see if they can build a struc- ture that stands up to erosion.
