D-2 Gibson Southern Fall Homecoming Tuesday, September 27, 2022 South Gibson Star-Times Brylie Harper Senior queen nominee Brylie Harper is the 18 -year-old daughter of Eric and Shona Harper of Haubstadt. Brylie is a Peer Tutor, a member of Sunshine Society, Beta Club, the Editor in Chief of the Yearbook, a member of the Gibson South- ern Cheer team, and is a member of the Lady Ti- tan Diving team. A fter high school, Brylie plans to attend Indiana University and major in Human Biology with the intentions of pursuing a degree in the medical field. Brylie is escorted by senior king nominee Jake Decker. Jake is the 17-year-old son of Laura and Matt Russell of Haubstadt and Kurt and Natalie Decker of Evansville. Jake is the Student Council President, International Thespian Society pres- ident, Senior Class President, a member of the math Academic Team, and a member of the Ti- tan Tennis team. Jake also participates in Vaude- ville and the Spring Musical. A fter high school, Jake plans to get a bachelors of fine arts in mu- sical theater. Rebecca Smith Senior queen nominee Rebecca Smith is the 17-year-old daughter of Devin Smith of Owens- ville. Rebecca is a member of Beta Club, Sun- shine Society, and Gibson Southern Students for Life. She is also a member of the Lady Titan Ten- nis team. Rebecca is undecided in her plans af- ter high school. Rebecca is escorted by senior king nominee Macade Chandler. Macade is the 17-year-old son of Brad and Kyla Chandler of Princeton. Mac- ade is a member of Gibson Southern Students for Life, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, FFA, and is a member of the Titan Track and Field team. Vanessa Schmitt Senior queen nominee Vanessa Schmitt is the 17-year-old daughter of Matt and Jill Schmitt of Haubstadt. Vanessa is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Family Career and Commu- nity Leaders of America, 5th Quarter, Beta Club, and Sunshine Society. She is also the secretary of FFA, is a member of the Lady Titan Golf team, and a member of the Lady Titan Track and Field team. A fter high school, Vanessa plans to attend Purdue University to major in Agribusiness. Vanessa is escorted by senior king nominee Vann Rose. Vann is the 17-year-old son of Brian and Mandy Rose of Owensville. Vann is a mem- ber of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Gibson Southern Students For Life, 5th Quarter, the So- cial Studies Academic Team, FFA Parliamentar- ian, and is the Student Council Treasurer. A fter high school Vann is undecided in his major, but plans to attend Purdue University. Gracia Jones Senior queen nominee Gracia Jones is the 17-year-old daughter of John and Janet Jones of Fort Branch. Gracia is a reporter for FFA, a Fel- lowship of Christain Athletes leader, a member of Sunshine Society, Beta Club, and Gibson South- ern Students for Life. She is also a member of the Lady Titan Tennis team and a manager of the Ti- tan Tennis team. Gracia is undecided on her plans after high school. Gracia is escorted by senior king nominee Wyatt Kruse. Wyatt is the 17-year-old son of Shawn and Jessica Kruse of Haubstadt. Wyatt is a member of 5th Quarter, Fellowship of Chris- tian Athletes, and is a member of the Titan Ten- nis and Baseball teams. Keelyn Wilkerson Senior queen nominee Keelyn Wilkerson is the 17-year-old daughter of Stephanie Wilkerson of Haubstadt and Chris Wilkerson of Fort Branch. Keelyn is a member of Sunshine Society, Family Career and Community Leaders of America, and Art Club. She is also a member of the Lady Titan Cross Country team and the Lady Titan Track and Field team. Keelyn is undecided in where she will attend college, but she plans to major in accounting and professional services. Keelyn is escorted by senior king nominee Keaton Marshall.
