Mrs. Snyder is survived by her sister, Ruby Annas and brother, Ray Tedder, both of Lenoir; son, Jerry Snyder and wife Mildred of Shelby; son, Terry Snyder of Casar; and daughter, Joy Devine and husband, David of Belmont; and four grandchildren, three great granddaughters and a great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cora and Cicero; her husband, Sam; and her brothers, Ralph and Roy Tedder. He was born in the Bronx, NY on Nov. 4, 1954. Randy was the son of the late Carlos and Mercedes Febo Fernandez. Mr. Fernandez served our country in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.
