Born in Fallston, NC on May 28, 1932 to the late Miles Fred Hoyle and Edith Inez Murray Hoyle, he was predeceased by his wife, Caroleen Walters-McCall Hoyle and his siblings, Everette "Speedy" Hoyle, M. F. Hoyle Jr., Sally Pearson, David Hoyle, Edith Hoyle and Julius Hoyle. He is survived by his chil- dren: Tom (Candy) McCall of Burlington, NC; Rick (Andrea) McCall of Huntersville, NC; Ann (Patrick) Moore of Wilmington, NC; Bob (Sandra) McCall of Tryon, NC, three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his companion Jane Adams of Cherryville, NC.
