It also uses a hybrid technology approach to deliver specialized financial services to the Latina/ Latinx community. Its mission is to help government and Latinas/ Latinx close the wealth divide and address Latina equal pay in the United States. Among its top accomplishments, the firm was engaged to fulfill a $2.5 million minority business enterprise role for a Chicago Department of Aviation contract. The Illinois State Treasurer's Office contracted FARO to assist with its Invest in Illinois Programs. The FARO team recently launched SHENIX, a financial app to help Latinas make informed financial decisions on budgeting, investment portfolios, retirement, career planning, and salary negotiations. RODRIGO D'ESCOTO Founder & CEO Reflection Window + Wall Rodrigo d'Escoto is the founder and CEO of Reflection Window + Wall and its subsidiaries. He's proud to say that Reflection creates products that overperform on price, performance, and visual appeal. Reflection specializes in designing, manufacturing, engineering, and installing all of its own products. They can be seen on buildings in 23 U.S. cities, many of them here in Chicago. Reflection holds 10 U.S. patents. D'Escoto began installing windows in schools and then successfully renovated 39 Chicago Housing Authority high rise buildings. As Reflection grew, he expanded the company to offices in five American cities as well as Manilla, Mumbai, Shanghai and Valencia, Spain. He employs over 200 people and has completed more than 100 construction projects. HENRY CARDENAS Founder and CEO Cardenas Marketing Network Henry Cárdenas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CMN, Cárdenas Marketing Network. For the past 35+ years he has managed and produced some of the biggest live entertainment events in the U.S. and Latin America, making CMN an independent live-entertainment and marketing powerhouse. Throughout his career, he has produced some of the highest grossing acts in Latin music history, including Marc Anthony, Ana Gabriel, Daddy Yankee and record-breaking, Bad Bunny. In 2012 he co-founded the Maestro Cares Foundation, whose mission is to improve the quality of life of disadvantaged children and communities in Latin America and the United States by providing housing, educational programming and the essential resources to support their growth and development. Among his latest endeavors he is slated to inaugurate the largest arena in Latin America in August, 2022.
