(B) ALL CLEAR – One long air horn sound that lasts 30 seconds will be sounded following an inspection of the blast area. Signs and/or barriers will restrict the entry to the blasting area. An authorized company representative will prohibit access to the area by unauthorized persons or livestock at least five (5) minutes before the detonation of any blast. Aer the shot has been detonated, access to the immediate blast area will continue to be controlled until the blaster-in-charge has determined that travel in, or through, the area may occur and the "ALL Clear" signal is sounded. Events that could lead to blasting at times other than scheduled include rain, lightning or other atmospheric conditions that involve personnel, operational or public safety.
