He shows Liam Hook one of the animal pelts he brought in. The Robotics Club had an end-of-year cel- ebration. Donuts were a big part of the party. Officer Paul helped the kindergarten play kickball on letter "K" day during their al- phabet countdown to the last day of school. Adeline Havens gets ready for her turn. Mrs. Brittany Scherer's third grade class was a construction site as they worked on the area and pe- rimeter of the holes in the classroom floor. Jax Hud- son measures his hole. Malachi Barrett mea- sures the area and pe- rimeter of his hole at the construction site. John Mason of Mason Heavy Diesel brought his service truck for his son Mack's show and tell. He an- swered questions about what his job looks like and showed the class how his truck and crane operates. The Masons also donated a summer workbook to all of Miss Ficklin's kindergarten class! CALENDAR May 25 : Fifth Grade Graduation 6:30 p.m. May 25: Third grade field trip, Lincoln May 26: Field Day for all students May 26: Last day of school. Trinite Armes, Aiken Whitehead, Kaebri Yon, and Hayden Chestnut spent a lot of time perfecting their American flag. Local fifth graders visited Pike Central Middle School. The Middle School Student Government took the fifth graders on a tour of the building, explained how to work locker combination and ate lunch in the cafeteria.
