gives us this opportunity,"
Gorden said.
All of the food is created
from scratch, including
pepper blends for the Thai
food that come directly from
Gorden's garden.
American Thai Pepper Cafe
is open for breakfast, lunch and
dinner – seven days a week.
"There are not too many food
choices in Los Molinos," Gorden
said. She sought to bring
decent quality food to the area
at reasonable prices.
Many residents have
embraced the Thai food
choices along with the
American mainstays, such as
barbecued tri-tip, pulled pork,
country ribs and chicken, all
smoked with oak wood. Even
the hamburgers are made
from scratch.
Customers often pour in
non-stop on barbecue days
with a line out the door.

Once a cook and an authentic Thai
dancer, Nou Gorden brought her love
of cooking and community to the main
drag of Los Molinos last year when she
opened American Thai Pepper Cafe.
