This weekend, Rob- son Homes will open a second model home at Oak Tree Circle, their newest neighborhood of 25 single-family homes in Campbell. Located just a few miles from both downtown Los Gatos and downtown Campbell, the new community is a rare find in the sought-after South Bay market. "Single-family home inventory is very low in this area, and new single-family homes are even scarcer," says Charles Baldwin, sales & marketing director for the builder. "Oak Tree Circle is the only new-home community with traditional-style homes — that is two- story homes with front yards and backyards — currently selling in the South Bay." Homes at Oak Tree Circle are sell- ing through a Prior- ity List process with prices starting in the $2.7 millions. Five dif- ferent floor plans are available, each with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half or four bathrooms. The larg- est plan, The Rose, also features a one-bedroom accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above the de- tached garage with full kitchen and bathroom. Square footages range from 2,300 to 3,024. This weekend, visi- tors to Oak Tree Circle can tour two furnished model homes — The Mulberry, which opened a few weeks ago, and The Wiste- ria, which opens this weekend. Both are two- story homes with four bedrooms, but they are unique in their layout and details. Oak Tree Circle is lo- cated off of East Mozart Avenue, tucked away behind a grove of heri- tage oak trees, which were painstakingly pre- served by the builder. "The neighborhood was designed around the magnificent oaks on the property," says Mark Robson, presi- dent of Robson Homes. "They create this truly wonderful setting, something that you experience the mo- ment you drive into the neighborhood." In this secluded set- ting, Oak Tree Circle is still close and conve- nient to everything, in- cluding transportation, employment, shopping, and recreation. It's less than 4 miles to the quaint shops and eater- ies in downtown Los Gatos, and just a stroll to the Los Gatos Creek Trail entrance on East Mozart Avenue. The neighborhood is served by excellent Cambrian and Campbell schools. Oak Tree Circle's 25 new homes showcase a blend of Cottage, Craftsman and Farm- house architectural styles. Between the five floor plans and the numerous exterior styles, it truly feels like a neighborhood of cus- tom homes. As with all Robson homes, the caliber and quality of the design, detail, and finishes in the homes are very high. Notable features include brick porches and coordinating drive- way pavers, custom built-in cabinetry, Wa- terworks and Kohler plumbing fixtures, Wolf appliances, and French oak hardwood floors. The homes are all elec- tric with owned and in- cluded 4.20 to 5.95kW Low Profile Solar PVC systems for built-in en- ergy and cost savings. Floor plans, features, a site map and more in- formation are available on the builder's website at www.robsonhomes. com/neighborhood/oak- tree-circle. Content provided by Robson Homes They call it Big Sky Country, but Montana's appeal ranges beyond its natural beauty and diversity. Yes, the Western state grabs your at- tention with its Rocky Mountains, Great Plains and incredible opportunity for outdoor recreation. One other attrac- tion? Space, the chance to build a home or cre- ate a family compound and live life at your own pace. With all the world's been dealing with, it makes sense to fulfill a desire to build a vacation home or per- manent residence with room for family and friends. Imagine waking up and seeing deer and elk, taking the horses out for a ride or drink- ing up the seasonal colors. This could be your next move. Build a custom dream home or income-producing rentals on 20 acres of prime real estate in Heron, Montana, for $590,000. The town, which sprouted up when the Northern Pa- cific Railway expanded, is small but there are neighbors on an adjoin- ing 20-acre parcel. And yes, snow is plowed during the season. The land for sale features its own 25 gpm well (gallons per minute) and includes the new 40-foot-by- 60-foot shop built in June that is great for RV parking. There are plenty of reasons to act now. "You can do mul- tiple homes/buildings as there is no zoning or restrictions on the property. You don't even need building permits for residential buildings in Montana unless they are in a city," explains builder Mark Garber. Living in Heron, on the western edge of Montana, means great access to outdoor ac- tivities all year long. The Schweitzer Resort in Sandpoint, Idaho, delivers top-notch ski- ing, snowboarding and boasts "an average of 300 inches of annual snowfall." Then when spring and summer ar- rive the birds are chirp- ing, the wildflowers are blooming and the bike trails are beckoning. Schweitzer is about 40 miles from the Heron property. Also a great spot to visit in Idaho is Lake Pend Oreille, which features parks, beaches, boat launches, trails, fishing and plenty of wildlife to ob- serve, too. Two towns, Noxon, Montana, and Clark Fork, Idaho, are about 15 miles away from the property and offer access to grocery shop- ping, gas stations, and restaurants. It's time to discover a different kind of lifestyle. Call or text Mark Garber for additional information at (406) 253-4545 or email him at mbgarber66@yahoo. com.
