Peter and Paul Catholic School MENU Tuesday, April 19: Cheese pizza, romaine salad, carrots with hum- mus, cinnamon apple- sauce and milk. Wednesday, April 20 : Eggstravaganza, sau- sage patty, pancake and syrup, peppers/toma- toes, tater tots and milk. Thursday, April 21: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, corn, chilled pears and milk. Friday, April 22: BBQ rib sandwich, baked fries, California blend, carrots with hummus, peaches and milk. Monday, April 25: No School Tuesday, April 26: Cheeseburger, potato smiles, California blend with cheese, carrot sticks, strawberries and milk. Mrs. Garrison chose Daityn Nuefelder as our second grade student of the week. Daityn is so helpful to other students and teachers. She is the first to volunteer to help out. Daityn tries her best in all areas of academic work and is always eager to go the extra mile. She is a leader and always tries to lead by example. You rock, Daityn! Mrs. Hopf chose Rui Xu as our fifth grade student of the week. Rui has been working really hard, especially with his writing as- signments. His hard work is paying off with his grades. Way to go, Rui! Mr. Allen chose Shaleigh Gahl as our eighth grade student of the week. Shaleigh has infectious positive energy. She makes everyone around her happy and focused. She'd help anyone and always goes the ex- tra mile. Keep it up, Shaleigh! Owensville Community School students play in the gym during their recess time. Grasyn Welte, Ava Carpenterand Kayden Liene- mann. Annistyn Almon and Adriana Rice. Lilly Wilkerson, Wryn Cornette and Chandlyr Abel. Groups of students play in the gym during recess time recently. Miss London's class Junior Achievement person, Mike Hulfachor, came to her classroom to talk to the students about different types of businesses and how they are formed. Thank you very much for volunteering to come to our class! Fifth graders Brent Hasenour and Easton Schmitt; and 4th grader Calyn Park- er, Tucker Helfrich and Lucas Frohbieter were working hard selling ice cream at the Church Auction. They did a great job! Father Luke Hassler came into our classroom to talk to both classes about his mission trip to Mexi- co. It was very interesting to listen about the culture. Lindsey Nix, Nix Companies, was Mrs. Martin's Ju- nior Achievement person. It was interesting to learn about businesses from her. Thank you for volunteer- ing to come to our class! Fifth graders Brielle Byers and Kate Finney were hard at work advertising the ice cream at the Church Auction. They had such winning smiles!
