Christiaan Rodriguez leads
strategic alliances nationally
for ADP's middle market priva-
te equity practice. His team ser-
vices deals, consults, and pro-
vides insight to private equity
firms and portfolio companies.
He builds partnerships with
consultants and service provi-
ders and also serves as the vice
president of Adelante, ADP's
Hispanic/Latinx business re-
source group in Chicago.
From a young age,
Rodriguez's father Jose Ma-
ria, who was born in Chica-
go, instilled the importance
of honesty, integrity, hard
work, faith, and sacrifice. His
mother, Eugenia, who was
born in Ecuador and moved to
Chicago at a young age, taught
him how important it is to be-
lieve in yourself and have a po-
sitive outlook.
He graduated with two
bachelor's degrees, one in fi-
nance and the other in accou-
ntancy, from the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He started his career at Deloit-
te, where he was a consultant
helping companies solve bu-
siness issues. He is a CPA and
also holds a real estate broker's
license. He worked as manager
in Ernst & Young's strategy and
transactions practice in Chica-
go and was a finance associate
and commercial broker at Cre-
sa, a commercial real estate
advisory firm.
Rodriguez has served as a
board director for the Associa-
tion of Latino Professional for
America Chicago since 2020.
He led the events committee
in 2021 and is co-leading the
strategic partnerships com-
mittee in 2022. He is also a
member of the Association for
Corporate Growth Chicago.
Through this work he hopes
to make financial industry ca-
reers more accessible to young
Latinos.
Away from work he loves to
spend time with family, travel,
and explore new restaurants.
He and his wife have a passion
for real estate – exploring it,
researching it, watching shows
on HGTV, and investing.
