Dale was born Tuesday, April 23, 1963 in Rutherford County to the late Mary Jo Lynch Kiser and Dan Kiser who resides in Forest City. In addition to his father, Dan Kiser, he is survived by his two daughters, Amanda Kiser of Ellenboro and April Kiser (Greg Brown) of Forest City; sisters, Sheila Ingle (Danny) of Forest City and Tina Kiser of Granite Falls, NC; and four grandchildren. The funeral service was held March 24, 2022 at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Mack Tester and Reverend Jason Madison officiating. Interment followed in Cool Springs Cemetery. Born in Cleveland County on January 12, 1974, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Odus and Gay Frances Whitaker Scism. In addition to her parents, Beth is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents and her maternal grandpar- ents. Beth is survived by her husband, Thomas Franklin McCoy, IV, four children, Jordan Thomas McCoy, Meleah Abigail McCoy, Colton Paul McCoy, and Isabella Rose McCoy, a brother, John Kelly Scism (Lori), mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tom and Vallery McCoy, and brother- in-law, Brian McCoy (Mary). Samuel Coy Eugene Black Jr., 78, of Kings Mountain, NC, passed away on March 23, 2022. He was born in Cherokee County, SC, son of the late Samuel Coy Eugene Black Sr. and Sally Moore Black and was preceded in death by a brother, Calvin, and sisters, Goldie, Jean, Joyce, Almer, Mert, and Shirley. In addition to her mother she is survived by the father of her daughter, Robbie Melton; daughter, Torrie Watson and Devlin; and three grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Richard McRee Frye; her daughter, Sharon; her sis- ter, Martha Greene; her brothers, Sam Lattimore, W.D. Lattimore, Reverend Frank Lattimore; brother-in- law, Charles Wright; sisters- in-law, Alene Lattimore and Sadie Lattimore; and two grandchildren.
