He was born September 6, 1934, in Decatur, Illinois, the son of Otis Elmer Clark and Ruby Pearl Poundstone. Mr. Clark served our country in the U.S. Marines during the Korean conflict. Lawrence was born Monday, September 9, 1940 in Rutherford County to the late Esper Hodge and Katherine Laughter Hodge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Boyce and Dolphus Hodge and a step- daughter, Vickey Pardo. Left to cherish fond mem- ories are his wife, Gerelene S.
