elcome to the annual
"Who's Who in Real
Estate and everything
for the home" section here, in the
Santa Cruz Sentinel.
Last year, I wrote how that year
was unlike any other we had seen
with everyone able to work from
home.
Little did we know then that
the WFH trend would become
a permanent way of conducting
business, which led to many
Silicon Valley folks choosing
beach over burbs. The hot
housing market of a year ago
never cooled off, and our
available inventory is now smaller
than ever.
So how does a Santa Cruz
County Realtor set themselves
apart? If you are buying or
selling a home here, you need to
make sure you are trusting that
transaction to a dedicated real
estate professional.
