Robson Homes, a
local builder known for
their beautiful, well-
appointed homes, will
soon open Oak Tree
Circle, a neighborhood
of 25 single-family
homes in Campbell,
just over 3 miles from
downtown Los Gatos. A
Priority List is forming
and showings will soon
be available by appoint-
ment.
It is becoming in-
creasingly rare in Sili-
con Valley to find new
single-family home
communities. In fact,
Oak Tree Circle is the
only new community
with traditional-style
homes in all of Camp-
bell and Los Gatos.
Five floor plans are
being built, each with
four bedrooms and
three-and-a-half or
four bathrooms. The
largest plan, The Rose,
also features a one-
bedroom accessory
dwelling unit (ADU)
above the detached ga-

and bathroom. Square
footage ranges from
2,300 to 3,024 and
prices are expected to
