Born in Eden, NC, on November 26, 1937, he was the only child of the late Charlie B. Hall and Annie Underwood Hall. In addition to his Mother and Father, Charles was pre- ceded in death by his older son, Charles Jr. (Chuck). Charles is survived by his wife, Barbara; his son Michael Hall and wife Patricia (Trish), of Lenoir, NC; and three grandsons. Charles will be entombed at Cleveland Memorial Park. Services private. Born in Moosic, PA on August 7, 1930, he was the son of the late John Hershey and Mary Jane Russell Chance. In addition to his parents, George is preceded in death by his wife, Anita Cousins Chance and his three sib- lings, Russell Chance, Jack Chance, and Jane McFarland.
