City Services Manager Ross Elmore said they were going to replace a meter on the two-inch service line to Sycamore Apts. He said after they dug it out, there was a "knock off" connection in the line that blew apart. Once they shut off the water and got the pressure down to the line, they were able to repair it. Elmore said the Sycamore Apts. were without water, but most of the ar- ea had low water pressure. No boil order was issued.
